Elizabeth Williams-Riley is the founder and CEO of D.A.S.H. Consulting LLC, where her mission is Developing Assets for Successful Habits. As a minority-owned business based in the NY/NJ area, D.A.S.H. Consulting provides nationwide services that drive inclusive leadership, strategic equity initiatives, and organizational transformation. Elizabeth’s expertise spans from the boardroom to Broadway, making a lasting impact across industries.
With a distinguished career in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), Elizabeth partners with clients to develop comprehensive learning strategies, critical analysis frameworks, and executive coaching programs. She is the former President and CEO of the American Conference on Diversity and previously served as National Vice President of Programs for the National Conference for Community and Justice.
Her nationally recognized work extends across Fortune 500 companies, foundations, higher education, finance, legal services, the arts, law enforcement, healthcare, nonprofits, and faith-based organizations. As an award-winning DEI professional, Elizabeth has been honored as the 2015 Girl Scouts of America Woman of Distinction, 2014 Diversity Journal Woman Worth Watching, and 2016 NAACP Corporate Community Service Award Winner. She also received the South Asian Business Alliance Network’s Chairman Award for her contributions to advancing equity and inclusion.
